It's situated in small park in Bergen (we are still in Norway ;-) and we had a little problem to get there but it was worth that effort ;-)

I know from my guide book that this lovely stave church isn't originally medieval one :(
It burnt down in 1992 and now has been rebuilt just as it was in 1150 year :)
anyway it's still beautiful and worth to see :)

yes, could be :) but it's very medieval as well and has a specific charm (not oly the gloomy one) being situated in the small wood; in the surround of nature... :) — arantha, 11/12/2004 11:48
